Hi everyone!
I found the guard crush trap what I named "17 trap". lol
If you feel it's a useful, let's try it!

・It makes a opponent induced guard crush by continuous block except
Ralf, Clark, Daimon and Maxima
・Liz can combo in the corner wherever she starts this trap because she
proceeds by dp+P.
・It uses 1 stock and 100% drive.
・It is avoided by guard cancel attack or roll if a opponent has a stock.
・It starts by small j.CD (it's easy to be blocked by a opponent)

small j.CD, cl.C, f.B, HD, CD, dp+C, (HDC)qcf+AC, CD, dp+A(guard
crush), small vertical j.C, cl.C, f.B, dp+C, qcf+C, dp+A, (HDC)qcf+K,
qcf+C, qcf+C, dp+A, (HDC)qcf+K, qcf+C, qcf+C, dp+A, dp+A,
(If she has no stock) j.C
(If she has 1 stock) j.C, qcf hcb+P
(If she has 2 stocks) j.A, qcf hcb+P, cl.C, qcf hcb+P

If you change qcf+K, qcf+A(guard crush), small j.C instead of
dp+A(guard crush), small vertical j.C, it's easier to hit small j.C
right after because qcf+A's recovery frame is less than dp+A.
But the command is little bit harder than use dp+A, so it's up to you.

If you feel it's difficult small j.C after guard crush, you don't need it.
It's nasty!! Don't you think so? lol
By the way, I don't publish it yet to Japanese players... lolol

Another quick question:  What is your combo of choice, non-corner, for 50% drive and 1 stock?
I don't use drive and stock, because I use DL at 1st and want to keep them for 2nd.
But of course you can use DC combo.

1) Any practical uses for air.fwd+BD (air.6+BD)?
I guess it doesn't need to use.
air.fwd+BD effects longer hit(bend) motion than air.fwd+B, but DL cannot do ground combo even if he uses air.fwd+BD right after short front jump and hits that means a middle detection.

2) Is it worth doing fwd+AC (6+AC), down A (2A), standing C (5C) ...?  Or is it better to save up for 2 stocks for the Ex DM?
I think it's not effective.
About KOF13 system, it usually takes 5% less damage each hit count. If DL uses fwd+AC, he cannot deliver to a big damage.
It's better that uses Ex DM or other Ex SM. :)

PureYeti : I guess almost players don't play now in Japan. At first, almost arcade don't have(work) it. KOF 2002 UM is more popular.

thanx for the info, its all good. do you also happen to know kce kof players from japan? man if only we would have some info on a console version and some security that 14 will come out. damn, i really hope 13 isnt the last kof from snkp. snkp basically was killing themselves with all their bs game releases that made no fucking sense (samurai shodown sen? wtf?)

台パン様 (Dai Pan-sama / Table Pan-sama) I'm unsure about 台 reading here.
台 (Dai) means a arcade machine and パン(Pan) means onomatopoeia to hit something.
So, 台パン(Dai Pan) means to hit a arcade machine when player gets angry.
And 様 (sama) means title that likes Mr.
Does it make sense? ;)

awesome, your friends know how to make great combo vids, cant ewait for their next batches. if you talk to them again tell them there are people whp are very greatfull for them putting up combos that are no in hd mode. dc cancel combos (like that last vice combo) and ex move combos are way more interresting than any hd combo. if possible id like to see some combos done in normal mode but using ex moves to combo into neomax.

nice to have you here, great to have somebody that knows the game in japan. how if the kof 13 scene btw? i fear the reason its not more popular is because of balance issues and the diversuity of characters compared to other kofs. what is your take on this? your kunio or kuno btw are you not? from the answer and dg? vids?

My friends video's combos are almost practical ones. If it uses neomax, I thinks it's almost max damage like 100% combo. But I talked to them.

And some people think KOF13 isn't good, because it has so many bugs in ver1.0, so they stopped to play when it was ver1.0. Of course it has some other problems like you said still now. But many KOF13 players think it's interesting and enjoy it.
So I want to extend KOF13 community. (and of course other KOF too)

I'm from Japan and live in Santa Barbara, CA from last September.
I heard DC from THE ANSWER and completed to sign up finally.

This weekend I joined the KOF13 tournament at Alex's Arcade and enjoyed with many players. :)
I hope to see them soon and want to practice and play more  ;)

Combo Guide - Iori Team from Smoai


I'm totally loving Mature combos. Metal Messacre is never seen, (looks like Mature players don't find this move useful in XIII..) but from what I see in this vid is an important key for combos.
