Wasn't ready to call Xiaohai a god yet, even with his skills.

You must be an atheist then.  Xiaohai is hands down the most dominant player in the kof franchise in history , even more so than "marvel god" Justin wong ever was in marvel series, or daigo ever was in sf series.

I've been doing rdp option selects for a while, but it never occurred to me that I can do it with the dp shortcut to get around qcb moves for certain characters.

Welcome to the DC forums, Naeras.  There's a few European players here.  Make sure to check out the rest of the forums, and hit up the steam matchmaking thread, if you want to play kofxiii on steam!

I am not that hopeful in regards to TGA.  SNKP is only listed under the business meeting area.  Most likely they won't have anything to show to the public.

New Haven, CT

My PC specs:

Windows 7
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-860 quad-core processor [2.8GHz, 1MB L2 + 8MB shared L3 cache]
8GB DDR3-1333MHz SDRAM
1GB ATI Radeon HD 4850 [2 DVI, HDMI and VGA adapters]

I would be the perfect candidate to closed beta test because I have extensive experience playing online with the console release, logging in over 4000 matches.  In addition, I am a competitive player who knows the game inside out, so I can accurate compare the differences between playing online on steam, xbox, and offline.

Or maybe the beta testers are just generic valve engineers who didn't care much about kof or fighting games in general.

Yeah, Climax fixed a few bugs in the console ver.

Here's a partial list of changes:
http://dreamcancel.com/2012/02/09/kofxiii-climax-changes/

There's also a complete change list (scan from arcadia magazine) posted somewhere here in this forum.

Also, in any case, a PC version should be the closest to arcade, since kofxiii board is practically a PC.

I assume it won't be that more demanding than the arcade rip that was leaked earlier, which even a crappy old laptop could run it.

Yeah, I agree with Jenny.  Right now I lug around my xbox to casuals because of DLC.  If I could just carry my laptop, it would make life much easier.  Also, it's much easier to practice when you're traveling.
