Corner s.C+D is godlike... Range is huge... If you score a counter hit then ohhh man... You can get the same combos from j.C+D as well but depending on the opponent's height and your height you will have to adjust your timing...

Clark vortex? How about Ralf vortex? Land Bareback Vulcan mid-screen then walk back a little and roll forward... Depending on your distance, you end up on either side... Extremely hard to tell to the point where i was confusing myself... After the roll do cr.B, s.C, qcf+C, cr.C, Bareback Vulcan...

 If you guess right twice in a row then the round is over... You will most likely be comboing into the DM anyway... So the third time, a meterless ender should be more than enough...

It's not that bad... You can stop Kyo from spamming j.d+C by throwing out far C... Without that the poking game is still in Kyo's favour but not that bad... just be careful when he has 2 meters... Mai's safe jumps are no longer viable...

Vice needs her slash kicks back... I think she's decent... Good combos, good DMs, EXs... Definitely scary with meter...

Mai is completely viable... In a tournament though, Mai is best played second... She just gets out done as a battery against some characters cause her damage without meter is pitiful... As an anchor she just doesn't have the power to do a massive comeback... It's possible but not practical... Without meter you can't really expect to take out a Benimaru/Karate/Hwa/Kim/Kyo with a ton of meter... Specially if their on their first character...

I think any battery that can give her Neomax is good with her... She will most likely blow meter so someone that doesn't need HD like Benimaru/Yuri/Takuma/Hwa can act as anchor with her...

Mai is my main character... I play her second also and she is my best character... I even put her on the lowest tier... Being on the lowest tier however doesn't make her unusable... I can deal with pretty much any character with her better than i can with Billy... She also has the best neomax in the game...

Robert is A+... Korean tier list is korean... If you notice some of their personal choices are really dumb... Like Duo/Mature as top-tier... Robert is meant to be played as a battery or second... If you play him as an anchor then yes he isn't that great... He is like benimaru and yuri... A character with every tool does not suck...

It depends on the height right? If they are too low then you won't be able to link or can you...? And it is only on counter hit... If you are gonna spend a bar then doing the dp+BD will land you  near 220 dmg on regular hit... On a counter hit you get near 330 dmg...  In the corner you can dp+C, DC, qcb+C, qcf+C, d+C, dp+D~A+C

My C+D research on Yuri...

s.C+D, dp+BD (regular hit confirm) A+C
s.C+D, dp+BD (counter hit confirm) C, run, s.C, dp+D~A+C

Works on grounded or air-borne enemies... Most likely used as anti-air... Spend drive to increase damage on counter hit... The EX demon flip is used to guarantee the follow-up... Works anywhere on screen... Near the corner you don't have to spend meter...

The post on hwa is not bad by nagato... But you missed out all his normals... He has one of the best s.D or s.A or s.C+D or j.C+D... And slide... Also you can't just block against a good Hwa or he'll tick throw you (alternate guard won't work)... All the characters you mentioned that can zone him, he can just hyper hop their FBs... Also if you eat any of his DPs while drun, you will loose at least 500+ anywhere on screen with 1 drive...

s.C+D is so amazing... s.C+D, dp+D, dive kick can't be jumped out of if done up close... It anti-airs like crazy... Mid-screen you can spend a bar for dp+BD and always guarantee a follow-up... On regular hit just throw and on counter hit do the C follow-up and combo further... If you corner them then spend 1 more drive for big damage...
