ome videos for a tourney we had recently I am Untold Legacy

I clicked some of the matches, I think the middle one (Jamarr vs Untold Legacy) and the level of gameplay is pretty good.  With all due respect, from NEBRASKA (Hey I know I'm not the only one thinking this)?  Pleasant surprise.

You are almost always going to do less damage but you trade it for easy of use.

There only several specific situations that I've found it useful is: aerial command grab activations (such as Shen's Ex hcb~f+ABC), Duo Lon's Ex teleport bypass (very sneaky), Chin's Ex hcf BCD aerial bypass, Athena's f+BC after command grab in the corner and K''s air Ex Minute spike are the ones that comes to mind.

I'll definitely have to come up with some stance cancel strings that space it well.

Messing around with him some more,  if you do the following blockstring: s.C, d x2+BD, walk forward slightly far C, df B, it'll leave him at the sweet spot with a +1F or +2F adv which is perfect to bait 1F grapplers.  You can either neutral jump afterwards, skip backwards in the kick stance then skip back forward after they try to punish you or just repeat the string again.

As oppose to the blockstring hcf K, df B...which always leaves you at -2F or -1F.

^  Hmm I'm going to remind him to answer your question about the international level they way he told me, quite an interesting answer.

More from Reynald:

Had Kane317 and MetaAbe help me create a chart for newcomers or even people who want to pick up new characters to help in deciding just that.
-THIS IS NOT A TIER LIST-
Notes while viewing the chart:
-I decided that Flame along with Beni are not higher on the technical chart because they do not need INFINITE LOOPS to win a match.
-Joe is on top because he basically needs the STUN COMBO to win most of his matches due to the lack of tools given.
-Flame is easier to use compared to 13 Iori because 13 Iori has a more difficult time getting the damage in (still not too difficult compared to other characters hence the placing on the chart).

Also I hope we've got some surprises waiting for this year's Evo. Last year's stories were Kim (the strongest overall performing char at the tourney), Duolon and Chin. For some reason I'm thinking Ryo, K', or Daimon (if not all three), especially Ryo. That dude scares me.

Ex Iori Benimaru

Yang yao ren and other people who are doing crazy shit with their fingers are coming this year.

Oh and saiki, don't forget saiki.

To be fair, there's always been quite a lot of Ex Iories and Benies.

Xian was seen doing the Flame Iori rekkas loops on Reynald at CEO yesterday--scary stuff.

Northwest Majors Top 8:

go to about the 5:00:00 mark

A lot of good and relatively unknown players from the Northwest. This top 8 features Portland players such as Sam B, Darwin, Daniel T, and Joel B. Local Seattle players Mechanica and Duggish also in here. Finally Air and KaneBlueRiver.

It was a fun top 8 a lot of really good matches. Make sure to check out the Mechanica vs Sam B match (6:13:00).

Damn as a Chin player I thoroughly enjoyed Mechnica's Chin.  Good stuff.

Turns out that Chin's df B is actually -2, like the arcade version.  *Rejoices*
Is this from max blocked range? I feel that it is range dependent. I've been trying to poke more with far C xx df.B (even as a whiff cancel) but if done at the wrong range, it definitely feels like less than -2.
