Training Room / getting thrown out of jump-ins

So I notice something about myself today I seem to get thrown out of my jump in if i didn't get a deep enough hit and usually i end up screw up the timing to break the throw, but even when i do i lost the advantage of the pressure game. So my question is there ways of mixing it up on the throw happy opponents so that their response isn't always to throw at every jump in?

So here I am 23 and been playing fighters for a while (competitive since last year) I am no stranger with snk games. I have a rich background with arcades. Most of my vacation trips to my parents home town mostly involved of me going to the the local arcade which is still the central of the night life since people go there to meet up with friends to go to the parties. So I play mostly Capcom games, but my snk game of choice is KoF 2002 and KoF XIII. So most of the Iowa scene is picking up this game so that makes me happy I'm hoping to meet up more midwest players out here and also level up my game.

Training Room / Shortcut inputs in Combos in KoFXIII

So I just recently notice that during trial that didn't have to be so precise with the motion inputs. I had a super hard time with Elizabeth getting the fireball motion to drive cancel from a light dp ( I always input a fireball motion after the dp and it gave me a super, but then I realized all I had to do was input forward+light punch and  it gave me fireball drive cancel. ) then   I figure that worked with other characters so I came here to ask what are some other shortcut inputs in the and how why they work.
