I heard Foonzo has KOF 13 on Xbox 360. Apparently, peeps at MTLSF play KOF there so there's still some hope.

I really like Kikuko Inoue and Atsuko Tanaka. Unfortunately they didn't do much significant lately.

Some of their notable roles :

Kikuko Inoue
- Belldandy (Ah! My Goddess)
- Lust (FMA: Brotherhood)
- Grace (Macross F)
- Mizuho (Onegai Teacher)
- I-No (Guilty Gear XX)

Atsuko Tanaka
- Major Kusanagi (Ghost in the Shell movies & TV)
- Trish (MvC3)
- Chun-Li and Poison (3rd Strike)
- Lara Croft (Tomb Raider)

21 years old here. First started playing fighting games with Killer Instinct on the SNES at the age of 6 I think. I was almost always grinding training mode in that game though I was never good at it.

One of my favorite is the 2002UM remix of "Dear Falling Angel".

KOF 2002 UM - Cutting Edge

It still has that epic feeling that the original theme has, plus the beat and the guitars really pump me up.

As much as I want SNKP to do a dream match of Ash Saga, I'd rather want a new 2D SamSho game with the cast of 2 and 4, Yoshitora, Iroha, Mina, Shiki, Suzu and some new characters. And support KOF XIII post-release.

ok i just beat Z.O.E. (yeah i know im late to the party) in like 4 hours didn't even feel like the game went anywhere felt like the game ended way to soon but i cant really complain since i only payed 2 bucks for it

Try ZOE 2nd Runner. Me too, I found ZOE1 to be okay-ish but 2nd Runner is completely something else. Faster and tighter gameplay, more shit happening on the screen, epic levels like the train and a complete story. It took me double the time to finish ZOE2 and unlike ZOE1, it didn't feel like it ended too soon.

Hi there! I'm looking for people to play KOF XIII with at Montreal. It doesn't seem like there's a scene yet so might as well build one and have some competition and people learning (like me).

Unfortunately, there is no arcade centre I know that has KOF XIII. We might gather at Foonzo and bring our own setup or we might do it at someone's house. I cannot do it at my house, sorry. If we do it at Foonzo, prepare your wallet though (you have to buy something every now and then to stay).

So yeah, let's get some community rolling.

P.S.: Je parle aussi français, fait que si y'en a qui se sentent plus à l'aise en parlant français, gênez-vous pas.

Meet & Greet / Re: Greetings from Montreal!

Well, what attracted me to KOF is that it has style, characters are interesting, the 3v3 gameplay is exciting... and Mai. I remember when I first saw her in the FF anime back in the 90s lol. And then, I saw some tournament footage of 98UM at SBO commented by Ken Bogard. That was when I saw that high level KOF was interesting and quite fast paced too.

Back in the days, I was messing around with SamSho and I really want that franchise to be revived just like KOF XIII. Now, I haven't played Edge of Destiny yet but all the feedback I read so far were negative and gameplay footage weren't very convincing.

I must say though that I didn't know that FF, SamSho and KOF were SNK series until I played CvS1. I was a kid, I never bothered to watch intros, I just wanted to play lol.

Meet & Greet / Greetings from Montreal!

Hi there!

I just bought KOF XIII two weeks ago and so far, I like it! Been playing the KOF series and other SNK games like FF and SamSho since a while ago but never beyond casual/newb level. XIII's gonna be my first game I'll take seriously or at least semi-seriously. Right now, I'm messing with Leona, her moveset looks cool.

Is there any Montreal player out there too?
