For 3 bars you can do a easy one with HD, cl.C, dp.D, qcb.D, dp.D (hold D) cancel into air super after the sideswich xx neomax. Actually does decent damage for that type of combo. Or you can do the one previously mentioned, IIRC HD, cl.C, qcb.BD, run up dp.B, qcb.D u  (hold C) until you get to the corner  then do whatever.

Well duo gains positioning. But honestly The only time Duo can free cancel into that fireball and get a good combo off of it is if the opponent is in the corner. If you want to burn a bar outside the corner combo into F+A> qcb+lp and it will he the F+A will pull the opponent close to duo so you will be able to pull a normal off the fireball.

IIRC EX rekka into fireball, st.D works midscreen if you delay the second rekka a bit ^^. You can also substitute the st.D for a cr.lp and still get decent damage without drive.

I dont really know where this misconception that Duolon does low damage comes from, he has great output with 1 bar due to the freecancel to the fireball from ex rekka. I mean he gets what, 418 damage from a cose D wtih 1 bar. I dont know if any character can top that except raiden with a dropkick charged. Sure he might not gain much from spending more then that, but hes usually played as point so it kind of evens out ^^

Your numbers on reaction times are way off, no one is gonna react to a 9f throw, that is pure anticipation. Lows in tekken that are faster then 23f are usually considered unseeable. Granted there is a lot of other stuff to watch out for in that game so it makes it a bit harder. Another example is Dudleys overhead in 3s. Thats 16f i believe and unseeable as well.

However Claw Ioris OH is def. blockable on reaction haha. Tho you can sneak it in once in a while (like you said, once every ten games or so) and the fact that its confirmable into super or HD makes it pretty decent imo.

If its consistant then sure go for it, but it sounds like it would be hard to time well. dp is a nobrainer, just do it :). Whatever works tho ^^

Just do a dp instead of st.lp. It can be pretty hard to tell the difference between hp tackle and the feint tho, but since you usually play with lk charged its mostly towards the end of the round/when he has full hd bar you have to watch out for it ;)
