As for nerfs, I would like to see invincibility on a lot of moves get nerfed. Mature's ex despair shouldn't be completely invincible AND safe.

Mature's ex despair isnt safe on block when i tested it at evo.

Naaa, just go back a page or 2... Rock discussion isn't only speculated, it's rumored by an unknown source.

Add that to the "Garou Characters are a possibility!" stuff that the producer hinted at, and it's looking quite possible.

Well we are talking of a huge difference in price. A KOFXIII LE + NeoGeo Pad could cost like 70 dllrs or 80 dllrs max. But with a NeoGeo Stick, that could go up to 100. I just went with the cheaper one I could think off.

I'd prefer a 3ds version myself. Sure, the graphics would take a little bit of a hit, but the screens on handhelds are so small it wouldn't matter much. And when I  considered all the layers of stuff the backgrounds in this game has, I realized a subtle 3d effect could look very cool. Besides, I already own a 3ds.

No objections to it coming to both handhelds however.
