Just comming from wikipedia to search about Penny Arcade Expo (PAX):

PAX Dev 2011
 

Being held for the first time in 2011, PAX Dev is an event exclusive to the game development community. It will take place on the two days prior to PAX Prime 2011, August 24th and 25th, at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel. There will only be 750 attendees, all of whom are involved in game development. Press will not be allowed to attend the event.

This means few photos/fan info from that event?

PAX has traditionally been a "Gamers first!" style event. It's more about bringing the experience "To the People!", then just being a huge media event for the industry.

However, this year, 2 days BEFORE PAX 2011 starts, they'll have time for devs to get in, and sample stuff. That's all.

So KoF XIII should be available to fans and gamers all weekend, but 2 days before that weekend starts, press, game devs, and other industry people, will be able to have a first pass at what'll be available on the show floor.

I always though PAX was only once per year or something like that, and when i went to wikipedia i got confused about all the different versions of the event.

Blue Mary was tied with Vanessa, but I voted for her so she should be outright in the lead right now. I also told them what was said at the Evo side panel about Geese not being in the game. Can someone pop over there and back me up? I know for sure I saw The Answer there and I'm pretty sure Giby was there too. If either one of you could confirm my story for me that would be great.

Yes sir I got your back, I remember Yamamoto clearly saying that there is no chance of Geese being in the game.

So we can count Geese out, one less character to speculate about. Lets try to figure it out by process of elimination :D , that leaves how many characters left? >_<

Glad to help I have to say I enjoy the PAX info days; they give a lot of time for smaller, more "Fan driven" games to get into the spotlight, letting some true fans of such games dig deep and get intimate with the products, lol.

While I thought it'd be cool, didn't expect Atlus to bring XIII there. But it's a great idea, and it proves they're REALLY aiming well at the fanbase that this game is going after, which is pretty much the Niche of the Niche, the fans above normal fans, lol. Get enough of us to make a loud enough roar, however, and even the masses will have to take notice...

This is fantastic for SNKP, for while I think they have the desire to do such things... they just haven't in America. Atlus seems to be a top class publishing partner for them, at this time! Bravo!

I like her fighting style, like the design and  I find her really funny, specially her grab, it's just hilarious to see her make such a "cute" sound/expression when she is breaking your neck with her legs.

What sucks about her is her supers, she needs something better.

Guys, I need some clarification for the console version.

For PS3 preorders, I understand that getting the game from Amazon, Play-Asia, etc nets you the 4 soundtracks, what about Iori DLC? I read that its only Japan preorder bonus? Where should I preorder from to enjoy all the goodies?

OT: Why is he considered Iori '98 when he has 2002 move sets? Just pondering for fun.

Us, and Eu, and Asia.

Each region will have a different pre order bonus. Eu one is still unknown.

But in order to show at SNK where are Kof players in your region you should pre order the version of your region. Then buy any another version if you want :>
