ok, so quick question...I have figured out the obvious things.  first column is the move in question, second is damage, fourth is startup and 5th is frames on block.  I guess 6th column is special notes or whatever, but what is the 3rd column?  recovery? active frames?  I put it into google translate and got "The tan"

So, anything that we can do to help. I'd like to do as much as I can :-D

Also, is there any consensus on some of these frame data values? I can imagine we can take it and believe it, but does anyone feel any doubts about it?

I haven't seen anything that seems glaringly wrong, although I've only actually looked through a few of the characters.  It seems pretty legit

So, anything that we can do to help. I'd like to do as much as I can :-D

Right now BioBooster and I have been entering it into the wiki. He has been translating the kanji, making tables and punching in numbers, while I have been using the tables he has made as templates and entering the normals numbers, and putting in the kanji for the specials for he can finish it up.

Some examples:

http://dreamcancel.com/wiki/index.php?title=Iori_Yagami_%28XIII%29#Move_Metadata

http://dreamcancel.com/wiki/index.php?title=Benimaru_Nikaido_%28XIII%29#Move_Metadata

So if you wanna help, you can use those tables as templates for the other characters (those two is who we have so far right now) and put in the numbers and put in the kanji for BioBooster to translate when he gets a chance.

My guess would be that if you do the move, and it whiffs, it is 22 frames until you can act again.  So the 22 frames is the total for start up, active and recovery frames

I believe it's how much it reduces the stun gauge, not the frames of hitstun.

That actually makes more sense (the points of stun), considering that all the heavy attacks are 7...good point.  Is it possible that the two values are actually the same (so long as the move doesn't knock down)?

It's that  a bad thing? some friends make it sound like it was some ''wesker kind of broken shit''
