From 12pm to 6 I'm pretty sure they'll do 6 shows and then rerun at 3pm. I doubt anyone in their right mind would be crazy enough would haul it through the whole damn 6 hours.

Meh, I doubt it, they're hyping Toonami to be about anime so...yeah.

And yeah, he's not the best, that's for sure.  But if you're on Terra's story, I again reiterate to make a stop at the Mirage Arena.
