Welcome to Dream Cancel. Is this the same Proto Cloud from NEC? I was the guy running the brackets for KOF. Anyways, once again welcome.

Yeah, it's me. But hey, good work with running the brackets and being real courteous. I could imagine it's such a pain dealing with so many players.
