I'm just going to post the basic combos that I've been using to hopefully get them in the wiki. I'm bad at the game but spent a lot of time in training mode with Andy, so I thought maybe some other players would benefit from it. The combos have an emphasis on ease-of-use, and all start from Cl.C f.A for damage comparison purposes during my testing phase, so I'm going to post all of them even if they're in the wiki, because the damage numbers on the wiki include a jump-in and I think it's useful to have the numbers for combos without starting from j.D.

If you need the j.D numbers to post them in the wiki, let me know and I can whip them up quickly.

Numbers are as follows: (AA,BB / CC,DD / EE,FF), where A,B is damage and stun for Cl.C, f+A starter, C,D is damage and stun for adding a j.D before the Cl.C, f+A starter and E,F is damage and stun for replacing Cl.C, f+A with cr.B, cr.B, f+A as a starter.

Midscreen:
Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, hcf+D (237,30 / 290,37 / 228,32) -best for corner carry
Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, dp+C (239,24 / 293,31 / 231,26) -best for damage, timing on dp+C can cause either 2 or 3 hits, damage listed is for three hits.
Corner:
Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+A, db,f+A, dp+A (290,38 / 340,45 / 278,40)

0 Bar, 50% Drive
Midscreen: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+C [DC] dp+C (301,32 / 350,39 / 288,34)
Corner: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+A, db,f+A, dp+A [DC] hcf+B~BD, db,f+C, dp+C (400,56 / 448,63 / 386,58) -Can do two light elbows into light uppercut at the end instead of one heavy elbow heavy upper, it does less damage for more stun.

Midscreen: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, qcf,hcb+P (317,14 / 374,21 / 312,16)
Corner: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+AC, db,f+A, dp+C (401,32 / 445,39 / 383,34)

1 Bar, 50% Drive
Midscreen: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+C [DC] qcf,hcb+P (382,22 / 424,29 / 362,24)
Corner: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+A, db,f+AC, dp+C [DC] hcf+B~BD, db,f+C, dp+C (503,50 / 536,57 / 474,52) -Airlancer pointed out on my youtube video that doing EX elbow first rather than second gives more damage, but every time I try that the last dp+C whiffs, so I don't know if the timing is really strict or if I'm just bad, but this is what I use. Still good damage.

2 Bar, 0 Drive
Midscreen: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+BD, qcf,hcb+P (409,10 / 446,17 / 384,12)
Corner: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+AC, db,f+AC, dp+C (473,24 / 512,31 / 450,26)

2 Bar, 50% Drive
Midscreen: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+C [DC] qcb,hcf+BD (478,22 / 511,29 / 449,24)
Corner: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+AC, db,f+A, dp+C [DC] hcf+B~BD, db,f+AC, db,f+A, dp+A (556,48 / 587,55 / 525,50) -There may be a more optimal combo here, but this is the one I could get to work consistently without issues. dp+C at the end whiffed for me unless I did the EX elbow last instead of second last, but that did less damage, so meh.

3 Bar, 0 Drive
Midscreen: ??? (Does anybody have a combo for this? I couldn't come up with one for the life of me, and the OCD in me is annoyed that I can't have a combo for this level of bar and drive, even if it's a bad one.)
Corner: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+AC, qcb,hcf+BD (537,14 / 567,21 / 505,16)

3 Bar, 50% Drive
Midscreen: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+AC [DC] qcb,hcf+BD (525,14 / 556,21 / 483,16) -slightly less damage than the corner combo above because, I think, the first hit of the EX DM misses when cancelled into.
Corner: Cl.C, f+A xx hcf+B~BD, db,f+AC, db,f+A, dp+C [DC] hcf+B~BD, db,f+AC, db,f+AC, dp+C (635,42 / 659,49 / 597,44) -again, probably a more optimal combo, but changing around the EX elbows caused the dp+C to whiff for me.

And that's it. Hopefully this kind of post isn't frowned-upon for a new poster, but hopefully somebody will get some use out of it. I made a youtube video showing these off, too, but I don't know if that's an okay thing to post around here, so I'll leave it out.

If there needs to be changes, or if anybody has better combos, let me know. I'm pretty new to the game in general, so I'm sure there are some improvements to be made, but the wiki topic for Andy combos is pretty inadequate at the moment in my opinion.

I'll cut this behemoth post short now, but I've got statistics about meter efficiency and stuff too if anybody is curious. Thanks!

Thank you for posting these. Some of the combos are the wiki but I will add a small amount of the notes you added for them, as well as add the ones that are not on the wiki. If you have a video to share, please post it, we will love to see it & possibly front page it. Thank you.

Hey Desmond, thanks for directing me here from Juicebox's stream by the way.

The video illustrating these combos is and includes some simple HD combos, but those are by no means optimized. I posted about the statistics and combo efficiency in the description of the video as well, if you're interested in that.

I'll do some effort posts for some of the other characters too, I think. Can't let my training mode time go to waste, after all!
