That Raiden... Damn dude. I'm a little confused; I thought Raiden's Charge moves were all unsafe on block and could be punished by either EX moves or fast command grabs?

He's really good with the feints and they build a decent amount of meter as well :D

Could someone just tell me if Raiden's Charge moves are safe on block or not?

Hes at negative frames on block its seems but he gets a good amount of pushback that makes it difficult to punish him, so you have to find a character that has a very quick normal attack with good range or some kind of ex move, super, etc that starts up fast and that can punish him before he recovers. I found this out in training mode using 1-guard jump, and record mode.

I'm not sure if you noticed when we were playing but I stopped Raiden's shoulders by just spamming low B which will stop them while hes rushing.

In 01/29/2012 videos, MAD_KoF's friend Lacid5661 (aka kmg5661 / kmg 5662) joined the room, and they played for hours. Lacid 5561 is well known KoF2002 player in GGPO. He's famous for playing nests Kyo and two randoms all the time.

Cafe Id will be hosting KoF13 3v3 Team Battle tournament on

Feb 18th 2012, Sat, 7pm Korean Standard Time.
= Feb 18th 2012, Sat, 5am Eastern Standard Time.
= Feb 18th 2012, Sat, 2am Western Standard Time.

Each players pick one character to play, and the tournament will use Round-Robin.

Not sure how many teams are participating yet, but Cafe Id staff told me that there were 6 teams in a roster so far. He's expecting more teams will show up on the day.

Cafe Id staff also mentioned that MAD_KoF's team was in it too.
The team consisted of MAD_madkof, Lacid5661 (kmg5661 / kmg5662), and GUTS.
