-All DLC characters are allowed.
-Winner can only change his order ONLY IF the Loser goes to Order or Character Select, but the Winner must retain same characters. Loser may change characters or order.
Street Fighter X Tekken: Singles
-Gems are banned.
-Game breaking glitches are banned
Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3: Singles
-DLC characters are allowed

Soul Calibur 5: Singles
-Ezio is allowed.
-Create a characters are not allowed.
Come out to Columbia, MD and test your skills in KOFXIII, SFxT, UMVC3, and SC5. Venue gets you free access for casuals and gaming prior to the tournament as well as access to the PCs in the venue. Come out to learn from other players, to try yourself against the area's best, and to experience the hype of a FG tournament in person.
