Hi, I'm not new here. Actually, I've already registered years ago (Ice-Kun) but I forgot my password so.. 
The name now is Tomkatsuu. Sounds cooler than Ice, yes? xD

I always pick Team K' no matter what. Don't really care about tiers and all. Yes, it's like a challenge for me to find their best tools in different situations. Or maybe I'm just too dumb at playing characters like Ash and Leona. xD

I can't say I'm good enough but I'm definitely willing to learn that's why I'm here! So excited for KOF XIII SE!

I'm kind of the same with picking whoever I like instead of tiers; fortunately tiers don't matter that much in XIII.
