So is Nameless basically another version of K9999?

If so, what are the differences between Nameless and K9999?

Aside from appearance, his moves are basically the same, except all his specials/supers are fire-based and not telekinetic like Tetsuo -err I mean K9999 and the fire animations are all changed. He also has f+b which is a high kick attack that can be used in a combo. His dp+ABCD is easier to do now, and doesn't look organic anymore... His standing D is the same as his far D, and if it hits, dp+ABCD is guaranteed for some hits...

Nameless is much cooler than K9999. More intresting backstory too.

I'm not a fan of his regular stance though... K9999 had him beat in that department... I will agree though, his story is way better...

He has a backstory?

I mean, his only appearence is in 2002UM, a dream match game (thus having no story).

I noticed his  ;dn ;fd ;df;a ;b ;c ;d is way easier to do than K9999's in OG2k2...

In this combo:

cr. B, f+A (4), (BC) f+B, f+A (4), dp+C, (DC) qcb+D, (DC) qcb+B, (DC) dp+A, (DC) dp+C, (DC) qcb+K, (DC) dp+C, (SC) db hcb df+P

I have so much trouble popping that specific part of that combo, a qcf+C either comes out or nothing at all. Anyone have any tips???

I noticed his  ;dn ;fd ;df;a ;b ;c ;d is way easier to do than K9999's in OG2k2...

The inputs the same though?

In this combo:

cr. B, f+A (4), (BC) f+B, f+A (4), dp+C, (DC) qcb+D, (DC) qcb+B, (DC) dp+A, (DC) dp+C, (DC) qcb+K, (DC) dp+C, (SC) db hcb df+P

I have so much trouble popping that specific part of that combo, a qcf+C either comes out or nothing at all. Anyone have any tips???

There's a typo in there, my bad

cr. B, f+A (4), (BC) f+B, f+A (4), dp+C, (DC) qcb+D, (DC) dp+A, (DC) dp+C, (DC) qcb+K, (DC) dp+C, (SC) db hcb df+P

okay fixed, as for the super cancel you have to buffer the dp during the db/hcb/df+P, you may have to try it in practice mode a few times to get the timing down because it's really awkward.

wow, had lots of problems pulling dp and qcf, almost always I end doing a qcf, instead of a DP

Yes it is, but its abit more lenient in execution. You had to be pretty precise in OG 2k2.

In this combo:

cr. B, f+A (4), (BC) f+B, f+A (4), dp+C, (DC) qcb+D, (DC) qcb+B, (DC) dp+A, (DC) dp+C, (DC) qcb+K, (DC) dp+C, (SC) db hcb df+P

There are a few ways to do it, depends on how fast and accurate you are in execution. Either way tho, its still kinda tricky to get regularly.

You know, I actually never had much trouble pulling off  ;dn ;fd ;df;a ;b ;c ;d in the original '02. The moves that required  ;db ;fd ;df ;dn ;db ;bk ;df are another thing, though for some reason I could pull them off doing  ;bk ;db ;dn ;df ;fd x2 and the required button...
