Console changes:

*s.B adjusted. Compared to the arcade, Kula now moves forward giving the move greater range.
-Recovery on df.B improved
-EX Ray Spin no longer invincible
*EX Ray Spin Sit recovery improved
-EX Diamond Edge is faster
*Freeze execution adjusted. Faster and follow-up hitbox improved.
-EX Counter shell has a stronger hitbox

Yamamoto:
Both supers expending 2 meters have become more powerful. Both make Kula invincible and are good for interrupting opponents or as anti-airs. Her use of meter has increased, so she has become a character that will test meter management skills. It may be fun using the wire damage on counter hit on her EX counter shell.

Although this is the last of the character change series, it certainly isn’t the end of the blog updates. We still have lots of information and movies to show you so stay tuned!

@ 2:39... 1 Super Meter and 1 Drive Cancel... Works anywhere on screen... Builds back more than 1 Super Meter back... 45/100 before EX qcb.K and 60/100 afterwards... Does around 45%

Anti-KDash

Kula's new Blow Back( ;c ;d) doesn't seem too useful on its own. It's her Critical Ice ( ;df+ ;c) animation, but instead of a retractable ice stream, she hits you with an ice ball palm strike. Her Guard Cancel Blow Back is the same high kick it was in other games.

I don't think I've seen it in any videos but can you cancel breath off of st.c 1 hit?

she should be able to... since she can do s.C *1 hit* > f.A...

also referring to my last post, i think Kula for her HD combo can repeat that same combo twice from EX hcb.K onwards... so maybe something like this?

hop C, s.C *2 hits* xx HD, s.C *2 hits* xx qcb.B, f.D, dp.C *1 hit* xx HDC xx qcb.B+D, f.D, qcb.D, qcb.B, f.B, dp.C *1 hit* xx HDC xx qcb.B+D, f.D, qcb.D, qcb.B, f.B, dp.C or DM...

also can someone check if she can do qcb.B, f.D > Diamon Edge or Freeze Execution 'mid-screen'? without doing dp.C xx DC beforehand...?

is the critical ice command normal kinda the same move as it was in kof02 ? should it be listed in the first post ? :D

im a total beginner at kof but i thought i might make a combo vid in kof2002 to get to know the combosystem a bit better. (and kula seems like a really fun charachter to practise combos with)
are any of theese possible in kof13 ?

She lost Critical Ice in XIII , but her  ;c+ ;d animation resembles that lost move, like Anti-KDash posted:

Negative, negative, and negative, from what I've seen so far.
Diamond edge and freeze execution both come out super slow, and cannot be comboed off of a spin-sit juggle.
Also, freeze execution seems to have lost the anywhere juggle, unless I'm doing it wrong.
It comes out too slow for the s.A reset for me to even give that a chance, but I'll give it another shot next time I go.

That's freaking ridiculous.  Great damage, not some crazy ass requirements, an only full drive and 1 stock?  That's why she's considered top as well...
