actually KOF2002 is more popular than KOFXIII world wide
go to GGPO any moment and you will find hundreds of players from Japan, Taiwan, Hongkong, Pakistan, Mexico, Brazil, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, UAE, Chile.....

So... A hitbox script for 02UM is out. This way, we can compile the frame data for some normals, such as Kyo's St.D startup and new moves like Terry's Power Charge and Shingo's volleyball overhead special.
