mmmm there was a prety scene around the '97- '98
right now there r lots of fans who r totally drolling around the xiii and totally disappointed about the 12 (like the rest of the world) , but of course it is not huge like the capcom side
but u can find ppl still playin kof xi or 2002 um.

anyway kof needs to come back, im tired to play a game where u can train and train for months and then u challenge a noob using a counterpick and he kicks ur ass just for that, or when u attack and u must be scared the opponents shoot a shoryuken IN ur blockstrings (who said ssf4 ?
) damn im attackin u have to block PERIOD not doin ur moves while im attacking !!
i think kof xiii is great cause all the characters can say somethin to each others (ok few chars r a lil better ok) but cause ofthe sytems , 3 members for team 4 kinds of jumps rolls and counters EX moves ecc ecc kof is the best fightin game around right now plus snk caracters r the best in the world
