I don't know if the Clark/Ralf you say are the same of this guy, but I hate how he plays them, just spaming jCD constantly. The guy who plays with Mai/Liz is far better.

It's not a good super for combos, so you'll rarely see it. It doesn't even combo in times it looks like it should like after a corner qcb+P
