Just a quick note, our very own No. 17 will be seen in the next Kyoto vs series if I'm not mistaken, he said it would be on May 21st and he'll represent the West/Kyoto?

I think you mean U-? Kaoru and U- are the two players decimating all these other top Japanese players. U- is the front man who plays Kim, Ash and Shen, while Kaoru is the anchor who plays K', Raiden and Maxima.

They're obviously both great, but U- is incredibly fun to watch.

yeah U is the fucking ma. kaoru is the tier whore back up when other tier whores do beat U, he comes and tiers up their asses. fucking dope player and high tier back up who also kicks ass hard. that last osaka player using high tier only was also really good, he decimated U hard. kaoru showing high tier business right back at him. funny how his k almost beats raiden, then aaaah, daaaah, dead.

Damn, I've never seen a Robert combo like the one around 1:50. I seriously thought he'd messed up and then "Wait, that works??? Wow!"

Yes, that combo was really amazing. I enjoyed that vid, Kyokugen team kicking K'/Raiden ass. Oh yeah. I just feel sorry for Terry, he did a bad paper here. Why his Power Geiser doesn't connect?

That Robert Combo is exactly why I'm so hype to play this game ^_^ XIII's HD, Drive Cancel, Command normal, and limited Link systems seems to be the best mix of "Combo the way YOU want to" in a game ever. Like FADC, taken to the next level of evolution.

And I still have so much fun watching Takuma in this game. I find his Cancel Combos as fun to watch as Shen's HD mode beatdowns, or Ash's Epic Trolling Never-ending combos.

And yeah... Poor Terry. Maybe it woulda worked if he did EX Busta-Wulf?

i havent seen the vid yet but i do know tha twerrys power geyser always seems to miss in juggle combos, unlike his rising tackle or busta wolf.

edit: seen the vids, just like imagined the siuation with the power geyser ex miss. this always seems to happen, wtf and why? it just cant hit after a crackshoot juggle, or it isnt juggleable. either way it sucks.

also nice robert combo, he probably could have went on with the combo. also is there a reason why he would use the ex air kick move instead of the normal one?

EX puts the opponent in a juggle state, it looks like.

so does the normal version. now that ive looked at the video again, im more impressed. i believe that he was actually going for another air kick move, but this time non ex and follow that up with something else (dp, or dp into super?). too bad his execution failed  (if he was really going for it). gotta say thats the kinda combo i would be using if i where to play this game. fuck man, i need this game, bad.
