I feel like you gotta' play patient against Chin. Because he capitalizes so much on you being aggressive and missing your jump in because of his small hitbox.

 i still have a real rough time against chin. it really bothers me how i cant wrap my head around this match up. especially using andy. seems like you really have to capitalize on lows as well because of the counter, but B/D chain whiffs almost every time... and connecting his cr.A > f.A feels really tight to land everytime online. and it also feels so hard to punish chins rolling punch. sometimes i lose to chin just from him spamming his rolling punch and its very humilating.

Just doing raw Neo with Billy? I don't think that's good strategy but I think he's doing it because he has confidence in his Billy and he can take out the rest of their team without needing meter for his 2nd and 3rd characters.

If his Billy kills 1 character & has the meter & opportunity, it's worth it because they have to spend some sort of resource to kill him, be it Drive or the other meter.
