[/quote]Brandon - sorry for skipping out today. I wished with my heart of hearts that KoF had better online. Hopefully when I get my 50ft cat5 it'll be better.

Gee, who do I play... Takuma with a fireball or Takuma with all the defensive and offensive options in the world n talks mad shit in his NEO MAX.

Team DLC all day. Lovin NESTS Kyo btw. All I need is a good midscreen bnb with him then he's on the main team somewhere.

Acutally I still think takuma  has slightly better offense than mr karate, slightly better damage and ambiguous command throw that opens up defense and loops damage back into itself.   Karate has short reach  and little bit of a harder time breaking defense down but once he does   he can put the hurt on just as good.

TL:DR

Takuma:   Offense -  S+    Defence -  B-
Mr Karate:  Offense - A     Defence -  S

Yea, but we all know defense wins games, like the bulls did tonight. I'd still take trash talkin Takuma over smiley Takuma.

Aiight, so Monday... KOF Ranbats #2? I finally found a website to print out double elimination brackets too. 32 or 16-man brackets.

Sounds good, but we should be sure to keep the rankings so they're actual ranbats and not just $1 tournies.

Aiight so here is the first ranbats results... how should we divide the rankings? by points? 1st gets 10 points since there was 10 entrants? then 2nd gets half... 5 points? 3rd gets 2 points? 4th n on get 1 lousy point?

KOF XIII Ranbat   1/2/2012
10 Entrants

1) James
2) Konkrete
3) Flexo
4) Eric
5) Bzerk
5) MJB
7) Grant
7) Brightside
7) Orka
7) Lurch

EDIT: So Bzerk, what's goin on?

I really don't know much about it, but I think the  place that gets half of the amount that 1st gets should be at least 3rd, not 2nd. I feel like it would be too easy to become uncatchable. Maybe it goes like this, where the points are the number of entrants:
1st - 100%
2nd - 75%
3rd - 50%
4th - 25%
5th - 1 point if 4th doesn't get 1.

Just as well, should we try to organize a prize pool of some sort?

Sorry guys  im late to the convo,  I think konkrete has the right idea about point system  I was thinking something like

1st - 10 points
2nd -7 points
3rd - 5 points
4th - 3 points

5th-whatever  gets 2 points

James  whats the website that u found?  If you could print out som brackets that would be awesome.

I have no idea what to do about a prize pool for the end of this,  bragging rights? Lol
