So is this coaching session taking place today because I am quite curious about how this will take place and also should I bring my camera to record people matches?

Efo, you should just always bring your camera to record if it's not terribly inconvenient.  I would love to have stuff recorded that I can watch during the week to critique my gameplay.  Everyone could probably benefit from it, including yourself.

lol james already working on his overbearing coaching demeanor.

The coaching sessions will NOT be starting today, and is NOT something for open discussion amongst people outside of this page. I posted openly here because we are a small group and it was easiest to contact James through. If you all have any ideas feel free to post up but nobody go around town talking about how awesome coaching is going to be, which it will be.

James, once we work stuff out with ignite as to how it exactly will work I will let you know, but I wouldn't worry too much about making a plan. My idea would that prospective students would come to the coaches with what they wanted to learn/get better at, then you would go into matches with that in mind, and take the time after the match to explain, expand, and demonstrate their findings. Perhaps even go into training mode to work on some of those things. Say the student says they want to train better reactions, you could try jumping at them within different blockstrings to have them dp it. That sort of thing.

I also concur with recording some casuals. The more play we have recorded of ourselves, the better.

Ok so there is no problem with me bringing my camera but I should bring my PS3 or xbox 360 system tonight?

GGs to Efo, Jason, and Noah @ Ignite last night. Things are looking really good for ignite this year. Can't wait to stream our shit y'all, or archive it, whichever.

James:
This is the tournament in Japan that I was talking about yesterday:

http://shoryuken.com/2013/01/14/v-1-final-kof-xiii-climax-and-kof-2002um-tournament-featuring-cafeid-streaming-live-at-1000-pm-est-700-pm-pst/

Apparently it was a 2 v 2 and the MadKOF + Guts team came in 3rd.  I've never heard of the guys who came in 1st and 2nd, I might have to make a niconico account to watch these vids.

Oh I heard about it a bit. I'm waiting on someone to upload the replay on the YouTubes.

Yo, I got you mang!!, lol, I'm always there. Just help remind me to play, as Guilty Gear can definitely keep my attention for some time especially when the old school players are there for me to learn from.
