The coaching sessions will NOT be starting today, and is NOT something for open discussion amongst people outside of this page. I posted openly here because we are a small group and it was easiest to contact James through. If you all have any ideas feel free to post up but nobody go around town talking about how awesome coaching is going to be, which it will be.
James, once we work stuff out with ignite as to how it exactly will work I will let you know, but I wouldn't worry too much about making a plan. My idea would that prospective students would come to the coaches with what they wanted to learn/get better at, then you would go into matches with that in mind, and take the time after the match to explain, expand, and demonstrate their findings. Perhaps even go into training mode to work on some of those things. Say the student says they want to train better reactions, you could try jumping at them within different blockstrings to have them dp it. That sort of thing.
I also concur with recording some casuals. The more play we have recorded of ourselves, the better.
