About slutty mai, well, se has always been slutty on KOF, mai will be my favorite femenine character if weren't for KOF, in Fatal Fury she was perfect, in KOF, she is really obnoxious

Well kind of, for what I understood there will be cash money that will go for the top 6. ATLUS provided the Mai figurine as an extra price for the 1st place and other prices for the top 6. So the Mai figurine is not the only price for the first place.

If you check the main page it says the top 6 get the money and the people who don't get top 6 get to participate in a raffle for the other prizes.

According to the listing, it will be localized by Rising Star Games for an October 15, 2011 release.

almost every collecting hobby is expensive my brother has a few gundam models and all of them cost around 80 to 120 dollars

yeah he has a few master grades i would build models myself but i have the attention span of a flea so i would much rather do figure collecting friend of mine got me a blue mary figure for pretty cheap around christmas time last year and i would love to buy more but they are way to expensive
