as for me it seems like my learning style is a bit of visual and kinesthetic

Mainly Visual/Auditory. I totally see that. I had to to alot of public speaking in High School, and the only way I managed to work out the errors in it was by reading it aloud over and over again.  Both categories really sound like things I regularly do.
