Curious.. I was not expecting more DLC characters.. Are billy teammates DLC chars? Or are characters who don't have anything to do with the story, like Clasic Iori? what about Ash team? is he really going to participate to KOF alone?...

anyone with powers to recognize these siluoettes?

I think what the Professor was saying is that on the corner it says that there will be DLC for the console version. But it's not saying that there will be DLC "characters". IIRC SNKP was planning on releasing stages and other stuff as DLC.

I don't mind that really, up them for download as they create them.

They may be changing the way they do business by adding characters and patching balance via the net instead of constant new installments.

I mean if you look at the changes from the arcade XIII to the console one it would be kind of considered KOFXIV back in the day (new BGs, additional characters and heavy balance changes).

Well K9999 did have Personality, unfortunately his design was a copy of Tetsuya(sp) from Akira. If they could implement K9999 personality to Nameless design, then it would be kinda cool.

Same voice and powers, he was more of a tribute than a copy. Hell, they even got Kaneda's Japanese VA to voice Kusanagi.
