My name is Sergei Andreev, I'm from Russia but currently live in Belgium. I play SSF4AE, GGxxR, and now decided to pick up kof 98 and this community seemed like a great place to start ^_^.

I'd offer to play you on GGPO, but the connection between Canada and Belgium would probably be pretty laggy.  Hopefully some of the European members get in touch with you for some sessions.
