I wanted to know who you think is a hard character to use or to master.

I would say Ralf and Ryo

Ryo because he only has 1 safe move and good normals but u really have to be skill to use what little he has.

Ralf no anti air and ok command normals he really takes the most work to use in the game in my opinion

who do yal think is the hardest to use and why

I put a vote in for Chin. While he's got good tools and combos, it still feels like he can't take advantage of his height all the time, unlike Choi in older games. He's definintely the trickiest and makes for the most surprising character in the game to me, but making use of everything he's got has been the most difficult for me yet. Plus his NM isn't as useful as everyone elses.

Mr Bakaboy

I love Chin but I see your point. My personal hardest to master has been Kensou. He's got enough tools to work with w/o mastering him, but I keep finding a million and one ways to work shenanigins with him. Every time I think I figure out what I want to do with him, I find something else to mess with.
Say it with me now: "Variable input lag BAAAAAAD!!!"

Chin and Duo Lon easily, imo.

the 2 characters with the best mix up options

Which yields a big pay-off once you have mastered these guys.
