Vancouver, Canada?

Howdy fellas. I've been wanting to find people in Vancouver for awhile to play KOF together with, since the netcode made things unplayable for me. Back in March, I sold the game because I didn't have anybody to play with and I got bored of simply playing alone. Fast forward a few months, I got to watch the EVO finals, and I thought I was going to explode because of the hype. It was insane!

So now I want to find some people offline to play together with. I don't suppose there's anything of the sort around here, is there?
