Those are great scores for an snk fighting game. It could of been worse. In fact, I was expecting horrendous marks.

Fighting games generally have average score of 80, more or less. Don't know how much graphics eat away score, but what I've read, it's more lke "Graphics aren't up to par, but holy shit this game is fun!".

Some people don't seem to like the Rush system.

Average score is higher than XIII's and definetly higher than SFV's. Loses to Guilty Gear Xrd, but not by much.

IGN rated it higher than Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire. Imagine that.

But I bet KOF XIV would have a significantly lower score if it had too much water xD

Scored higher than a Pokemon game, well thats impressive no matter which way you look at it.

Yeah I agree fighting games do have a disadvantage of getting average scores.

SNK have done a good turn for us. Even the online play runs quite well from what I've seen.
The only gripe I have is that I was expecting story mode to be like blazblue's, in the way it presented. Why I expected this is probably because they said a fully fledged new story. Hopefully they bring out the characters personalities during the story.

It's good that it looks really fun and plays like a fresh kof.

Joining the number of people online who are pleasantly surprised in how well this is scoring. From the initial reveal to now, feels a little staggering in the difference, certainly in a good way.
