I ordered a Hori Real Arcade Pro v3 SA last night! I also need to order 2 Qanba white plugs to get rid of those pesky unnecessary buttons.

Doesn't HRAP v3 SA come with 2 button plugs? This definitely looked to be the case when atching a bunch of vid reviews on youtube. (or are you talking about plugging 4 buttons for KOF :) )

Good for you!
I was going to ordered from arcade shock the Qanba or the Hori RAPV3SA, but I found a place in my country that had one remaining unit of the Hori, so I got it.
It is really hard for me to adjust since I got used to the pad, I havenĀ“t played with stick since the SF2 days, but I have to admit that now I see why the top players preferred this type of thing, it is a whole new world. You have an unmatched level of precision on each imput.
Now I just need to train to be ready for EVO.

Never had a fight stick before and looking to grab one. I havn't seen anyone with the KoF 13 stick and was wondering if it's any good? Are the parts alright or would I need to change them out. For those who don't know it's this stick http://www.gammac.asia/ProductShow.asp?ID=259 which retails around $100. If this stick isn't that great should I grab a hori or TE?

I looked into that stick myself. Would've have gotten it, but haven't seen any feedback off of it. Still looking for some at the moment. Looking mainly into the Eightarc Fusion now. Though closer to $200, got great reviews, sanwa parts, and does multiplatform, which made the XIII stick appealing too. I'd suggest that stick for for a long-term commitment, even moreso than Hori or TE since you won't have to worry about who's got what game on what system.

How come noone makes any decent American Sticks besides AiaB?? I mean hell, even a limited run here and there I think would sell out quickly.

Has anyone compared the Eightarc ISO to the an HRAP?

Thinking of getting an Eightarc soon as it tough finding HRAPs.

Have seen good reviews on Eightarc as well, but would like to know if it is as usable as an HRAP.
It's likely a definite buy for me with that nice felt bottom.

Which is the difference between

This and
This

They seem to be the same honestly, yet the second one is more expensive, could somebody explain why

The blue one is limited edition. Otherwise, they're the same.

Are those sticks good?

One friend wants to import them, and it will be really expensive for them, so I want to give him advice

I hear they're really good. Kane317 did a review: http://dreamcancel.com/2011/12/06/qanba-q4raf-triple-mod-joystick-review-part-1/

My new stick:

I rewired the buttons so that default layout covers my button configuration.

Pretty suave nilcam, are those seimetsu buttons?

I think the HRAP-VXSA is one of the better looking sticks out of the box, nice and sleek looking.

nilcam

No, these are the new Sanwa clear buttons. They're actually prettier than the Seimitsu clear buttons. They're a bit more clear and vibrant.

Running Wild

I didn't know Sanwa was doing clear buttons now. Pretty awesome.

I'm still undecided if I'm gonna get a new stick anytime soon, I'd wish that Razer would make that new stick they have in the works for the PS3.
