CVS2 was before I really wanted to learn how to play fighting games, and I've heard and seen so many good things about this game that I hope this comes out stateside and it gives a whole new generation of fighting game players a chance at a really good game.

28. I started at 7 years old with SF2 in my local arcade. My first KOF was '99 Evo on the Dreamcast, and the first game I started to take seriously enough to want to actually learn the ins and outs of and want to play at a competitive level was SF4.

Meet & Greet / New Wisconsin player

I'm Kevin and as my topic title says, I'm from Wisconsin. I've really liked the KOF series since '99 Evolution on the Dreamcast, but haven't really wanted to learn how to actually play KOF until I played it at Evo a few weeks ago. Meeting some of the guys from this site made me incredibly interested in figuring out how to play this, as well as trying to build a local KOF scene.
