 CEO De Mayo Monthly Event May 4th-5th 2012
    CEO Monthlies have returned and to a new Location.

    WHEN: Friday 7 Pm Until Midnight and Saturday 9 am Until Mdinight May 4th-5th
    WHERE:HOWARD JOHNSON PLAZA ALTAMONTE SPRINGS ORLANDO NORTH

    Venue $15 for Friday AND Saturday $10 For only Saturday. Spectators are $5 for both days.

You can Book a Hotel Room at the Hotel Venue for 69.00 plus tax per night by calling the hotel directly at: 407-862-4455. Please let them know to inform the front desk staff that they are with the CEO Gaming Group.
 

This is a 2 Day event. Friday Night (May4th 7 Pm til Midnight) is Casuals/Practice Night, Saturday is all of the tournaments so if you can't make Friday you are not missing anything important.
 Cash Prizes with nothing taken from the Pot entries- Less than 50 people will be a 60/30/10 Split. More than 50 in a tourney will be 60/20/10/5/5 Split.
Signups and Checkins  For each game End 15 minutes before the start time. If any tourney has more than 32 Entrants they will be split into 2-4 Pools evenly spread out then cut to a top 8 Final Bracket.
Schedule is Listed Next to each game and is subject to change but most Likely won't.

Doors Open at 9 am for casuals, Registration and Check in starts at 10 am, First Tournament at Noon.

    Some Important Things to Note,

-FREE NOS
-This is a Bring Your Own Controller event, Delaying any match waiting on a stick for more than 5 minutes will end up in a Loss of your Match, Please come Prepared.
Full Liquor Bar 5 ft from the ballroom door at the Why Not Lounge.
Open from 4pm-2am. 21 and up with ID can go in to buy drinks.
2 things to keep in mind, No outside food or drinks in the ballroom at all. And The Bar is off limits from 8pm-10pm Fri/Saturday because of their live comedy show and it's distracting to the Comics when we go in and out.

Thank you as always to everyone for their continued support and I just wanted to let you all know this is possibly the greatest CEO Venue to date outside of a hotel ballroom.

Chakra Lounge has a Capacity of 600 people, Full Liquor Bar with drink Specials for you guys, Food, Projectors, Sick Sound System and it's located in the heart of the UCF area.
 Door Fee is $10 And will be accepted at the door. Pre Register on this Page So checking in saves everyone Time. Please plan to arrive early so you can make it on time. Times have changed since the first CEO Monthlies, Way more people come and I  won't be holding up for everyone to show up 2/3 hours late anymore so plan accordingly with your rides. You must be signed up and checked in/paid 30 minutes before the start times listed below for each game.
