Training Room / Question about a move motion

Hey, I've been practicing on my ralf for quite some time now, and i've gotten a few basic combos down like down kick punch ex Vulcan Punch(i think thats the name) then into another Vulcan Punch ect, but one move that i see from online combo videos in the one where you do   Charge   Punch, now my question is wtf is the secret to that?! i cant ever seem to get it out on a whim and when i can sometimes do it its cus i've held back for a while, too long in fact to even use it into a combo, so im hoping someone could help me with this dilemma. Also, if someone could help me with my lon i cant seem to find good moves to link other then his                                 ,

Ello, I am Durzo as the it says on the side; A little background bout here, I am a Fighter Enthusiast although I havent really been you know, the Cream of the Crop or anything. And now I've gotten into KOF 13, I got sent to this site from a guy who demolished me over the PSN (My name is Lxis- add me and we can play :D ) but yea, I came here in hopes of getting better, My team consist of a mix between Terry, athena, ralf, leona, and Benimaru who is always in my team since hes the only character im decent with. Hopfully we can have fun and i can learn the world of fighters more, I'd appreciate it if anyone could send me a link to something thatll help me lol my fighter/arcade stick knowledge isnt much so the noobier the better
