I've never heard of an arcade with an age restriction. That would probably just encourage kids to sneak in.
Welcom Zen, tell us something more about yourself, like your story with previous KOF games.The first KOF i played was 95 when i was a little kid at my local arcade, even though i coudnt go inside because of age restrictions i would actually sneak in and play one or two games before the owner found me, it helped that the cabinet was placed in such a way that i could hide myself and running away when found, coming later for a couple more matches
