Not a whole lot of Kula love it seems. I started using her and she's really fun to use. I'm contemplating replacing Joe with her as my point character since I'm having a tough time with Joe's stun combo.

Is saiha A a hard knocdown?

Yes. Good block string to go for a hard knockdown would be something like c.b c.a A.saiha.

To avoid that I just don't use shortcuts and do dp P > dp K.

Just spent some time in practice mode trying this instead of the usual shortcut that I do for DPs. It's more of a pain, but I think it ensures better execution. Thanks!

Why is it that sometimes when I try to DC into her demon flip from an upper cut I'll get a Raioken instead of demon flip? Does anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, but I'd switch out Joe personally. If you can learn his Stun combo then stick with him, if not it can be a struggle to win with him.

I'm learning it. It's not really a requirement to win with him. He has plenty of other ways to do damage. I play the characters that I have fun using.

Thanks, guys. I'm going to hit up practice mode and see if I can do it. I didn't think to hold down the last button. Can someone direct me to Bala's video of the stun combo? I don't know his youtube channel.

That tip about starting right when the second hit of the DP starts REALLY helped me out a lot, so thanks for that tip. I'm starting to get it! Now comes the part of consistently doing it and getting the DC after the finisher.

In doing Joe's stun combo. When do I start executing his multiple punches? I'm using the technique mentioned on the last page  , but I can't seem to figure when to start pressing it after doing the LK DP. Sometimes I'll get it out of sheer luck, or I'll just miss completely. Is it possible for someone to upload a video of the combo with inputs so it's easy to see when exactly to press it?

Just curious, why are the only HD combos mentioned in the wiki ones with 1 frame links?

Any new player would be turned away and no one uses those in real matches (not Bala, not any Japanese players).

Yeah, I noticed that too. Those aren't his go to HD combos. The rest of the combo is, just not the start of the combo.

What should Yuri do against zoning characters like Athena? I was playing my friends Athena tonight and I couldn't figure out a strategy to get in and I keep getting locked down in the corner.

What's a good idea to do once your opponent expects a demon flip after a block string and they're going to jab you out of it? Just end the blockstring with a fireball instead to induce mindgames, then try to demonflip into divekick later?
