I don't think anyone playing really knew what was going on. My boy was playing and got hit mass because he was trying to attack when he should have just blocked. No one was trying to gain initiative with strong air CD attacks. No real mix up game, No one was rushing back in after two blocked light attacks. They weren't even aware of advantageous air attacks like a horizontal range, or strong kick. Wongburger was using Heavy D!'s air C and people were just getting hit by it. Not to mention everyone was completely oblivious to frame traps.

No problem Dojo. I just wish we could have competed then I would have played for blood lol.

I just started picking up on EX Geese lately, and man he is so freaking cheap! Just spam his fireballs, and pick with standing C all day. He's definitely going to be in my money team. Anyone knows if any bad match ups he has? Because I think he's just too damn strong.

Krauser...eats him alive..

I think it's debatable. Geese has quite a few moves to deal with certain situations. A smart Geese player isn't going to allow you to kaiser kick over a reppuken either.

Man I couldn't even make it to this. I may have actually won this year. I'm highly disappointed at quite a few people though.

What up Desmond? Anyway I won't play you in UM seriously, that game is a fucking scrub game for real. My friend is a button masher and he randomly beats me on occasion. When we play original 98 he has no fucking chance.

I told you before, I didn't even understand the game fully at raging storm Ohio dude. Laughs at you knowing more about the game than I do. Anyway I don't even drive but I'll try to make it to Minnesota.

Me vs. Kula at The KOF Cup 2011:

You don't know anything about punishing certain maneuvers do you? I mean goddamn Kula kept punishing your hops every time and you didn't even realize he was doing it. Man I wish I had some money so I could MM you.

I base it on the characters. For instance, I use dash+avoiding+EX with Clark. He can A+B+C after a light attack into a strong punch(one hit) into a roll cancel Argentine back breaker. The combo hits and the opponent cannot block or jump out of it.

Offline Matchmaking / Ohio KoF
May 04, 2011, 03:22:34 AM
Are there any Ohio KoF players besides me and Dandy J? I reside in Cincinnati, which has an arcade, but I rarely go because no one plays KoF there. If anyone else plays just reply to this thread and we will set up a time to go play. I would also like to include anyone in the tri-state area to join us as well.

P.S. Thursday the arcade is hosted at a discount price. Just letting any Ohio players know who are interested.

Training Room / Re: KOF Player Reference

You can add me for the United States. Is this just for reference, or does it go by how good a player is? If it goes by the skill of a player, I'll battle some people to potentially increase my rank.
