I've been reading through Saitsuofleaves' post and just have a couple things to add that aren't currently there:

[0 Drive, 0 Meter]

(corner) cr.B cr.B st.B xx QCF+B.B RDP+B (207, 33)

[0 Drive, 1 Meter]

cr.B cr.B st.B xx QCF+BD HCB+K (270, 15) Just 2 less damage than cr.B cr.B st.B xx QCFx2+P, but a lot harder to mess up.

(corner) cr.B cr.B st.B xx QCF+B.B QCBHCF+P (312, 23) Orochinagi needs to be done the very moment you land. And apparently you have to charge it for a split second too, timing is more strict than I thought, no wonder I thought it didn't work before O.o

[0 Drive, 2 Meter]

(corner) cr.B cr.B st.B xx QCF+B.B QCBHCF+AC (335, 23) Orochinagi needs to be done the very moment you land. As far as I can tell you can only land 2 of the 3 hits which is why the damage isn't that much better than 1 meter.

As far as I can tell ;d Grand Saber is 0 frames on block, completely neutral.

That ;a after the shoulder is nasty... As well as comboing into  ;bk ;db ;dn ;df ;fd ;b + ;d you can reset into overhead/hop

Nice!  Please transcribe the strength of the specials that you used so people can learn it.  I always found the second Moon Slasher ([DC] off the Grand Saber) tricky.

Added a note under the video, all heavy/EX stuff except for the light Grand Saber which isn't cancelled out of or into anything.

A couple of 4 bar combos + 1112 damage just for the hell of it:

The King of Fighters XIII: Leona 1112 damage CH HD Combo + 4 Bar Punish Combos

Everything is using ;c or ;d except for the very first EX Moon Slasher/Grand Saber, and the non-drive cancelled Grand Saber which is ;b. For the first combo (1001 damage) there is a small delay drive cancelling after the first Grand Saber so that the opponent rises a little higher.

I guess it's worth testing, but I'm willing to bet that host advantage is negligible if not non-existent in a game with 2 people.

Noticed today that when a lagspike occurs the game doesn't try to sync up mid-match. It will remain however many frames behind it is until the end of that round :/

I'm wondering how it comes up with these numbers, I've actually had a 2 bar game that was better quality than a 3 bar game.

I wish games would just give ping in ms/proper connection stats rather than these arbitrary digits...

Ah, perhaps I got the same damage because I hopped instead of a full jump. Think I'd be much more comfortable with the sweep in a real match though.

KoF Almost-Noob here (This is my first KoF game but I've been playing catchup), put together a HD Combo for Vice:

The King of Fighters XIII: Vice HD Combo - 1006 Damage

You can also replace the sweep with j.CD if you like being all fancy, same damage.
