Does anyone know if any techincal changes from his OG counterpart? I played with him in OG and he feels the same except that his j CD feels different.

One difference he has is with scum spider(direction change). It seems to have a greater grab range. In OG 98 if you did his basic combo  +   +   +        +  /  it will whiff. It will work in 98 UM though.
