Well then every reviewer in existence would have to do it, and eventually they'd just cancel out and would be pointless in the end.

Besides, all review sites are made with casuals in mind, so most of the subtle things that a reviewer who actually knows FGs would bring up would go RIGHT over their heads so...wasted manpower.

Actually, there are a few that do. I know off the top of my head that 1up (they hired Haunts) and Destructoid do. The problem is that they're like a 1% of the industry. The same could be said of those that know how to play just about anything competitively, even shooters. I'm still surprised that people were complaining that Gears of War comes down to just rolling around shotgunning people in the face. /facepalm

Yeah, and it is a slight problem because you'd have to go out and specifically hire those who are not only VERY well versed in a certain genre, but they also have to be very capable writers and able to be impartial for reviews which is not easily done.  On top of that, with things like Fighters and then I guess MP heavy Shooters, you don't really see how good the game is right away, that takes time.  So I guess there's no...right way to go about it.

Let's celebrate by doing what we do best.  Absolutely nothing.

Apparently due to Marn on commentary, WNF's first season  getting EVO points has been revoked and SRK is no longer sponsoring it.

It would not surprise me to see Marn lose sponsorship with how this week has been going down.  Between Aris and Marn, the FGC this week has been getting the shit beat out of it.

Commentators are probably really going to be cracked down on.

Honestly, I don't know as I don't usually watch WNF, and I didn't last night.  But it's Marn, I don't think we have to have much of an imagination to wonder what he said.

Seeing how I had Cinema History classes before seeing Hugo. I was able to take in just how genius the film is. But boy does Martin Scorsese have some balls to make a children's film about the grand father of cinema and make it work.

I remember taking Film Analysis in High School.  Easiest class I've ever taken in my natural born life.  Even napping in preschool was harder.  Seriously, a B because I couldn't nap on command ONE time?

Aren't you lucky? We didn't have anything of the like in high school. I took it in college, but it was rather easy, besides the requisite paper and memorization of key figures. I swear every french name sounds the same.
