The first KOF i played  was 95 when i was a little kid at my local arcade, even though i coudnt go inside because of age restrictions i would actually sneak in and play one or two games before the owner found me, it helped that the cabinet was placed in such a way that i could hide myself and running away when found, coming later for a couple more matches

I've never heard of an arcade with an age restriction. That would probably just encourage kids to sneak in.

Welcome to DC ZenTzen!  Age restriction for arcades (16 and over only) are standard in HK where I'm from, you wouldn't happened to be from there as well are you?
