as good as it was i dont think its worth it.... Ralf should have had some type of OTG combo

i found this video its pretty basic to me but a good video non the less

【KOFXIII】 Ralf - The Dive Bomber

This is Fixel from NorCal trying out an experimental combo. Apparently, at certain spacing, Ralf's dive bomb is drive cancel-able, which also means it's super and HD cancel-able.
