I'm in San Jose, but I'm ass at this game. I hope to attend some sessions at Gamecenter in the near future. Are there weekly or monthly gatherings there?

There are biweekly training days where you can play the game for $5 till closing, $7 for the whole selection of games.

That sounds good. What day of the week do these training days occur, and around what time do people usually show up?

Reiki.Kito

At GameCenter, this happens on a Friday and it's usually biweekly. If I had to guess, Myung will hold another at GameCenter on the Friday following this Thanksgiving Friday. It starts at 6PM and most people show up fashionably late at 8PM.

Awesome, thanks for the info. I'll definitely look into heading up there some time soon.

Good on ya'. The GC crew would be happy to see you. If you're ever in San Francisco, stop by Southtown too!

GGs everyone at RAM's... played mostly Marvel but got to learn Iori a little bit.

I basically copied Charz and mashed command grab, it kind of worked.

Hotpockets, you disappoint me.
Undefeated online KOF player.

Reiki.Kito

Actually, watching Coopa, I can't say he did much aside from play very patient. He had complete control of the match when it concerned Hotpockets. That's certainly not scrubby, but it does go to show how little experience with some characters can go a long way.

davidkong07

yo that coopa dude blew me up at EVO, after me literally teaching him some basics on how to the play the game the day before. i'm still hella salty lol

and hotpockets blew me up online yesterday, so i guess... good shit to both of you fuckers hahah

time to hit the lab :(
