i already posted it on srk but maybe her more ppl will read it:

i need advise how to beat chris (98/98um).
my team is clark,ralf,ex terry/chang

with clark and ralf is just a pure nightmare, every chris players i met defeated my two ikaris.
i cant beat his CD (air) ,just sometimes. Dunno if it's my bad timing or what. Everything i try he counters me -.-
maybe i'm not that good , but ,damn, everytime i think i can win that little dwarf comes in and fucks me up.
any advise? (on 2k2 is the same... chris is too much for me (dunno why) -.-)

yes but it's not that my opponent waits me to charge it xD

with Clark - if you jump agains chris try to use D (high kick) because it beats his kick in the air.Also i recommend aggresive play against chris ...Do small jumps and D in air (chris players tend to hop and jump a lot - straight in your D ) ).This is just one thing i use effective agains chris players.

after that they will jump less.Then you can combine this with small jump and grab (they will think you will jump D), jump+ A (low punch) in air, and when on the ground press C and then grab (hcf+ B(low kick))...etc combine all of this and you will win

observe the other player's gameplay and see when is good to anti air and when to overhead or do smal jump and grab.Also i use another trick wich i will explain..maybe in a video. (smal jump and do down low kick, low punch and grab/or if you are skillful enough replace grab with DM).you can also do this without jumping)


one more thing: with Ralph you can (high) jump straight and press A (low punch).That beats all and it's also very annoying =))

I was about to say the same thing as BlackNoah, with Clark his neutral High jump D Will beat Chris's CD and everything else he says is true as well.

Against Chris players be sure to react instinctively jump away or avoid his dp+p flip throw, just in-case. Really good players don't even use that move.
