It was a normal (not ex) Counter Shell (qcb+P) which was a counter hit.
That move can cause wall bounce ,if the hit is a counter, at least since 2002.

Yes, looks like a bug. I never paid attention to Kula, does she can do this? Ugly.

Not very useful to try to go for in a real match. Hitbox is small, low priority, can eat a full combo trying to counter with it.

To be honest, noone seemed in the talking mood when I was playing the game. Now granted, it was the same 3-4 people but still, noone seemed chatty. Sorta sucks since I would have liked some feedback even if it's a "good game" comment.

And while I'm at it, it sucks a ton that CTF will be closing it's current location. If they are indeed moving to Brooklyn, I'm not going to be heading there at all since it would add close to another hour to the trip if by public transportation. That and Brooklyn sucks as well.

My bro has played in the tournament and he lost. The tournament was held on the 19th of Feb, my bro just played the game 3 times before the tourney xD (he was the only western there)
