I don't have any frame numbers. I used the 1 guard jump option to get a general idea on if a move is positive or negative on block. For those who don't know, when set to 1 guard jump, the dummy will block the first hit, and then jump. If you use a move and jump, you can tell if the move you did is positive, negative, or +0 on block, depending on if you jump first, second, or at the same time.
