Just got some practice down yesterday with HD bypassed EX V-Slasher (with ABC) to Neomax. Wow, this feels like an absolute godsend. For 4 bars and a full HD meter you can basically threaten to zap 80% of an opponent's life for doing a punishable ground move. It doesn't seem like you can do this air-to-air as well though, unless they're pretty low to the ground on the V-Slasher contact.

Man, this thread's really taken off. Got beaten to the punch in posting Yun Terry (Terry Yun Goong?), Kneesocks Leona, and Blue Mary Leona among others, but glad to know other people are thinking of these ideas! That Kratos Hwa in particular was really nice.

I'll post up some stuff when I get the chance. Among other things, I've made a Blanka Leona (Bleonka?) and a Phoenix (X-Men) and Rose (Street Fighter) Elizabeth.

Guess I should do my part for the Columbus crew:

Hey there guys, for anyone from the Columbus area, we have a weekly game night over at Momo's near Olentangy River Road and Ackerman Drive, the former home of Season's Beatings. Basically, Wednesday nights, starting from around 5:30 and going to midnight, and what we have there is pretty much up to what people bring. I can say as of late, we've had a good following for KOF XIII in particular, then UMvC3 after that, though a couple of others are also available for AE2012, and there's occasionally a Melee/Brawl setup for those into that too. Kid_Miracle, if you've got time when you get back you should definitely check it out.

Also GenesisDC, I've been meaning to go to a Cleveland event one of these times, Arcade Legacy kind of has a stranglehold over us, haha. Maybe I'll look into the 8th tournament if I've got time.

I'll definitely check it out. I've known about it but my work schedule was in the way. I've got a ps3 stick will that work? Or are the system set ups normally 360?

We've usually got a good amount of both systems, though it never hurts to bring a copy of the game and/or a setup of your own. Like I said, it all depends on what people actually bring in. I usually bring a 360 with KOF XIII and some other games.

Far as TVs go, they're all stored at Momo's, and there are usually at least 5 sitting around for setups.

Hey gang, chiming in from Columbus, Ohio to hop on board the XIII train. Can't guarantee I'll be online a lot due to my iffy connection, but hope to see some of the Ohio guys at places like Arcade Legacy and our weekly fight nights at Momo's.

I've just discovered the magic of AAing with df+D. It's absolutely GDLK. Her body hurtbox drops down so low she avoids pretty much everything airborne, and gets a free combo. Also, I had no idea qcfx2+A was invincible. I thought only the EX version was!

Awesome find! I keep forgetting about using crouching lows to shrink hurtboxes, and the slide's no exception - going to run that through tonight's training mode time for sure.

Also as far as the HD combos go, that's cool you can continue from hcb+D with air EX Venom Strike. I also know for 3 bars you can get an ender of (dp+B [HDC] hcb+B)x3, Double Strike, EX Surprise Rose, though you sacrifice the earlier hcb+D for an hcb+B and the air EX Venom Strike for that. I'll check which variations work best for the 1, 2, and 3 meter cases - though you may have already figured that out.

EDIT: nvm, checked the wiki and the pathway you listed always does more damage.
