It's 13 people representing KCE vs. 13 people representing the U-Rushia Army. There are some special rules for this event I couldn't quite make out. But they do say that anything goes (which apparently means Raiden and Mai's throw bug are okay).

EDIT: Just finished the Kyoto vs Osaka clips, I wished No. 17 would have used his Duo Lon instead but I suppose his Kensou was effective.  Dropkick this you little.... =)

OMG Ryo's ex fireball is so good and deadly. Seriously guys XIII is one of the most balanced games out there. The reason is the HD drive bar. All characters can make a decent comeback with an HD combo. The only one who needs balance is Raiden and his kick. I started to believe that even K' is ok as he is. Raiden is not ok cause the damage that all other characters can do with an HD combo he can do it with no cost.

I simply love what they have done with Kim and Ralf's gameplay, I was thinking they were getting real stale in the old KOFs but they are completely boss now. This is why I love SNK, they are never afraid of evolving and making significant changes to their characters.

God I love Kim's neomax.

Seriously guys XIII is one of the most balanced games out there.

This is exactly what I was thinking while watching these vids, I'd easily rank it high in the top five most balanced fighting games.

What is the name of that K', Raiden, Maxima player in team #2? I don't remember seen him lose in any video.

What is the name of that K', Raiden, Maxima player in team #2? I don't remember seen him lose in any video.

hahaha did you guys see the team with Robert ,terry ,and Kyo? dude was trying to throw hardcore the whole match lol. I think the round with terry is the funniest he's trying to mix it up with empty jump throws and run throws. It's on the one video with No.17, the second match.

In the sea of XIII vids, it's hard to have a memorable K', Raiden, Liz or Kula but that guy's K' definitely stood out.
Not necessarily a flashy player, but his offense was on point and a methodical player overall.

Can we say that Shen became the new Elizabeth? A lot of Leona and Yuri gameplay in these KCE vids. I guess, they are the top females besides Liz and Kula. Ryo and Terry and rising up their positions in more used characters ranking. Even with Dune considering Terry one of the bottoms tiers of the game xD
